As a fresh-faced agent, I couldn't wait to dive into the world of real estate and notch my first successful transaction. But reality hit hard—I quickly realized that the day-to-day grind of being an agent was nothing like the lessons taught in training.

[Examples include:

  • Stay organized

  • Keep communication constant

  • Build trust with your clients

  • Let your clients know you’re there for support

  • Quick problem solving is key]

Theses lessons opened my eyes to the type of agent I needed to be and wanted to be to support and guide my clients through the real estate process smoothly.

Now I always say, the best way to learn is by rolling up your sleeves and just doing it!
