3 - Pay attention to interest rates and home prices - Keep an eye on the real estate market to understand current trends and if they align with your needs.

4 - Start a casual search - Begin exploring different neighborhoods and doing online home searches to better understand your MUST HAVE features in a home. Creating a wants v. needs list is the best way to go!

5 - Lockdown a plan - work with your realtor to create a ‘Home Buyer’ plan so you are ready to take the plunge when the time comes. This can help you understand the home buyer process better, and execute it more efficiently and smoothly.
